1. Acceptance
These Terms are a contract between you and Antaka Innovations, Inc., doing business as Twenty Four Social (“Twenty Four Social,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Twenty Four Social app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Twenty Four Social.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Twenty Four Social. If you use Twenty Four Social on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Your @handle is unique and permanent once set. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your content
You own the content you create on Twenty Four Social (your logged activities, photos, videos, notes, and messages). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service (for example, showing your posts to the audience you choose). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for backups or as required by law.
You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or that infringes others’ rights;
- Spam, scrape, or abuse the service, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it;
- Use Twenty Four Social to break the law or harm others.
6. Reporting & enforcement
You can report posts and block users in the app. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms — with or without notice where appropriate. We aim to be fair, but we operate the service at our discretion.
7. Third-party services
Twenty Four Social relies on third parties (hosting, media storage, notifications, payments, and AI features). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and app-store purchases are subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms.
8. Subscriptions & payments
Some features may be paid. Prices and what’s included are shown before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and you can cancel through your app-store account or as otherwise described. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or the app stores; we don’t store your full card details.
9. Disclaimers
Twenty Four Social is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate. Twenty Four Social is a personal life-logging tool and is not medical, health, financial, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twenty Four Social and its owners won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Twenty Four Social harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using Twenty Four Social and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [county/State], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
